hows the cable bro? im only considering this because of its cable
What would you all suggest for an iem that presents at least similarly to the openness of the Moondrop Kato, but that is a lighter body and cable (still good quality tho), and maybe grey or black (not a dealbreaker), with just as much, if not a touch more bass. Around $100, but willing to go up to $120 or $140. I have the Kato and I love it...for home listening. When I'm singing I need something lighter with a lighter cable, but I need smooth mids and highs, in order to stay as least fatiguing as possible, and like I said, just as much bass, or more. Ideally black for wedding gigs, but that's less crucial cuz I'm currently using the Kato mirror finish and they look slick, it's just the cable is on the heavier side, so that contributes to the iems slipping out little by little when doing even simple dance moves. Any recommendations? Been looking at the Linsoul Tangzu Vudu Verse 1, Truthear x Crinacle Zero Red, Simgot EA500LM, 7hz Sonus, Kefine Delci and Shanling Sono. Are any of those decent options for what I'm looking for? Sorry for the long question. Lots to be explained. Currently using SpinFit W1's. They seem to be a good balance for me.
No what’s insane is you banning average users(I.e not paying members, reviewers etc) such silly reasons as pointing out that iems can be as expensive as headphones while the protected users can say things which would get you at the least warned if not banned, I was willing to accept that it was your discord servers so I was wrong and wouldn’t say such things again.

@@josefthedreamer clearly didn’t as at first none of the messages in the audio meme section were showing up for me(literally posted a screenshot showing that), once they did I literally said I wouldn’t say such things anymore and for a week no reply from Mark. But whatever I wasn’t one of the protected member classes 🤷♂️
Auditioned the DaVinci, it's going to be my next purchase for sure. Love the elevated bass and it didn't sound like i was missing any details.

Can you just suggest best iems for music and movies
I still have the unit I bought in 2019. The ear tips keep getting stuck when I remove them, but it still sounds good even after replacing the stock wire with one from TRN.
I'm trying to choose between these and the Truthear Hexa as my first IEMs (I'm also ordering a Shanling M0 Pro as my first DAP since I don't like dongles and I want to listen to my FLACs with no distractions). I don't have any cables, case nor tips so the Dunu S2 is tempting but the Hexa seems like a better choise for its neutral tuning and it seems better for vocals but I don't know, I'm a complete newbie. What would you recommend in that price range in my case? S2, Hexa or another one?

Do you do any burn-in on the review IEMs - or graph and listen right out of the box? A few I have sounded smoother on the treble after a period of a few days of use. Another reviewer runs a week of burn-in before a review. I wonder if it is worth it.
I do not believe in burn-in.
The only burn-in i believe in is the brain burn-in. At first, your brain is not accustomed to the new presentation and sensations, so new products sound a little bit off or rough but after a day or two (in my case, at least) it goes away. When you've been using only one pair of headphones for a long time, getting used to something new may take even longer.
@@krzysztofobodzinski2529 however, the pairs I have that felt treble heavy at first, I out aside and listened to others while burning one in particular in. Then went back to it and it did sound and feel less spicy and nicer overall. Was the Simgot EW200 in particular. I have another I am burning in and want to also see the treble come down. Checking that in a couple days.
@johnmcvicker6728 Personally, I believe it's a placebo, but if it works for you, that's great. It's a hobby, and it's supposed to be fun, so to each their own :)
The longer I'm in this hobby, I realised the more sensitive I become to tonal imbalance 😅 LAN is polite and good, like the girl next door kind of good, LOL.

Worth the buy just for the cable, eartips and case. I bought the Lyra cable and tips separately. I should have just bought this.
Lyra cable is nice. One diff is the 2-pin connectors, the Lyra will fit almost all 2-pin IEMs, where this Titan S2 cable won't fit my LAN 😭

Check the sensor that the vertical mouse uses is good, because in my country they only sell Razery Logitech and none of them have accommodated my medium hand of 17cm long x 9cm wide and I want to be sure to buy this vertical mouse. What do you advise me? I usually play mmorpg and shooter and do editing tasks.

I also like that they went a bit off Harmon for the tuning. There aren't many sets with extra mid-bass these days, and the tilt looks warmer than the Titan S. The accessories look good, and nice fit is always a good to see.

@SuperReview the og are one of my favorites too in fact I have 2 sets of them. But I'm hearing a lot more detail on the s2. Which I like. It's probably bcoz on both I use the s&s tips. So I'm hearing both differently. Imo. Thanks for the reply.
Even just buying a set of Dunu S&S tips sets you back $13, so you could see it as a $67 set with three sets of eartips plus a bonus set of S&S tips, so already this seems like a better value than the OG Titan S even when that set is on sale. Any way I think about it, this is raising the standard for $80 IEMs
Yeah, the cable and tips alone made it worth it. If it sounds about as good as the original with an interchangeable tip cable and all those tips, it's a great deal and might become my go-to gift IEM for my non-audio friends.
Slight side-question: Do the S&S tips fit the original Titan S well? I’ve been thinking about getting the triple-size pack of S&S for my Titan S cause it seems that I need a deeper fitting tip for a good seal. And if they do fit it well, how does it change the sound? Thanks!
@@jacobbarfield7828 Ooh, I don't know myself. I've demoed Titan S in the past, but not sure about the tips. I have Dunu SA6, which has a very different nozzle that doesn't have any tip retention, which both the Titan S and the Titan S2 have. The S&S tips stay on the SA6 nozzles better than my other favorite tips like Azla Crystal and Spinfit W1 (I tend to prefer tackier tips which are more prone to falling off nozzles), but that's my main reason for using them. For me, they achieve good fit stability for tips that aren't quite as tacky as others. I also put the S&S tips on my Kefine Delci for a deeper fit and more fit stability. I don't really pay attention to sound changes due to tip rolling though.

Its worth it. It's so good
I prefer the original Titan S, sound signature is closer to "neutral," bass is tighter (but less).

Would've liked it if you had compared it with the og titan s. Seems like a very appropriate comparison. I really like the og titan s. Even today. Don't like the looks of this new one.
It sounds totally different from the og. Imo the s2 is a lot better.
OG Titan S is brighter, more neutral, less bass. Bass is tighter on OG IMO, and overall I prefer the sound of the original, but the new one does have wider stereo image.
@@SuperReview seems to translate what their graphs suggest. yes i really like its treble. It's very present and sparkly but without being agressive. Bass is not as much as most of its competition, Definitely a vocal focused iem.
Graphically it is very similar to the Tin Hifi C2 Mech Warrior.
